Care for your Digital Door Lock
By Using Suitable Battery
Always use 8 x AA Alkaline
batteries for all Push Pull models.
For Lever handle Use 4 x AA Alkaline batteries
Recommended: Only AA alkaline batteriesRecommended Brands: Panasonic, Duracell, Toshiba
(Always check the battery expiry date)
Replace all batteries
once Low Battery Indicator appears.
(Avoid using different brands,
old and new batteries together)
Don’t use Heavy Duty, Rechargeable or Carbon Zinc batteries (These batteries are suitable for low-drain appliances and not for digital door locks) and avoid using Energiser Max/Max Plus.
Use 8 batteries for all Push Pull models and models paired with Smart Home Device. (Use 4 batteries for other models)
Unlock your Digital Door Lock from
Outside using 9V Battery or Overriding key
While connecting a 9V battery
to the contact point, use fingerprint,
card or password to unlock your doorlock
Use any of the given override keys
to unlock your door lock by opening the latch at the bottom
To avoid any further inconvenience Replace all batteries once Low Battery Indicator appears.
(Avoid using different brands, old and new batteries together)
